On Thursday afternoon Scott Lilly of Rushmoredrive.com along with Mr Don Jackson, Dr. Bobby Jones & Cedric Bailey (Rejoice Musical Soul Food) selected the grand prize of the Stellar Awards.

Ms. Vickie Burrell of Tuscaloosa AL. will walk the Red Carpet and serve as a presenter for the 24th Annual Stellar Awards in Nashville TN.
